Shipping Policy
BURBLACK products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. This helps reduce overproduction, but it means your order requires production time before it ships.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. After fulfillment, domestic U.S. delivery commonly takes 3–7 business days. International delivery commonly takes 7–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays may occur.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Address changes
Review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact sales@burblack.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact sales@burblack.com with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
